A family of five in a neighborhood they love, in a house they have outgrown. To allow them to remain in place, we reimagined their space to maximize light, functionality, and storage to create an airy, efficient and crisp family home. ![]()
The existing one story, two bedroom, two bathroom house was completely demolished and a new two story, four bedroom and two and a half bathroom was designed to fit their family and facilitate their desired uncluttered and organized lifestyle.
Clients desired an open plan with integrated storage throughout, a hypoallergenic environment and a smooth flow between indoors and outdoors.
The finished home adapts to facilitate a multitude of uses, from an organized family life to large scale entertaining.
